Officers of the Sri Lanka Army in the rank of Captain and above, Sri Lanka Navy in the rank of Lieutenant and above, Sri Lanka Air Force in the rank of Flight Lieutenant and above, Gazetted Police Officers and Executive Officers from Public and Private sector are eligable to apply.
