Diploma in Human Resource Management of the KDU will provide a rare opportunity for
the participants to obtain a wider spectrum of knowledge, skills, competence and attitudes to
relevant and necessary to an individual’s practice of Human Resource Management. The main objective of this programme is to enhance and develop the knowledge of
Officers, Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers in the Tri Services, Police,
Public and Private sector officials in the respective services/field on Human Resource
Management. In addition this programme will facilitate career progression.
Officers, Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers of the Sri Lanka
Army, Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Air Force and Sri Lanka Police, and members of the Public and
Private sector with G C E Advance Level Examination qualification or Candidates who qualified
in Certificate in Human Resource Management is considered.
